Spicy and savory, this is a great sandwich for a no-fuss picnic or kids
snack.

Gold Seal® Pink salmon, drained (skin & bones removed,
if desired) |

shredded head lettuce |

sliced pitted Kalamata olives or sliced black olives |

- Spread sour cream over bottoms of bread rolls, followed by a layer of
salsa, lettuce and salmon chunks.
- Add olive slices & cheese on top.
