| Smoked Tuna Slices Salad |

Makes 2 servings
1 can

(120 g/4.2 oz) Smoked Light Tuna Slices in Sunflower & Sesame
Oil |
| 2 cups | lettuce, cut into bite size pieces |
| 2 Tbsp. |
lemon juice |
| |
splash of Worcestershire sauce |
| |
salt and pepper, to taste |
| |
bread croutons (optional) |
| |
lemon slices (optional) |
| |
clove garlic, minced |
- Drain tuna, reserving the sunflower and sesame oil for dressing.
- Divide lettuce onto two salad plates and spread tuna slices over lettuce.
- For dressing, mix together the sunflower and sesame oil, lemon juice and
Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and serve with toasted bread croutons and lemon
slices if desired.
